New Concept for the Third Edition of the A.C. Hageland Off-Road Pearls!

The third edition introduces an exciting collaboration between three partners:

Football Club SK Waanrode: Providing their facilities and managing parking logistics.
Recreational Club Fit & Move Kortenaken: Organizing the off-road segments, offering both an MTB course and a (mostly) separate GRAVEL route.
Go4Cycling: Delivering a wide range of road cycling routes.

The revamped event is now called “Abus – A.C. Hageland Pearls.”

This new concept caters to every type of cyclist and bike. Whether you’re young or old, trained or recreational, riding a road bike, gravel bike, cyclocross bike, mountain bike, or even an electric or standard bike, there’s something for everyone. The diverse range of distances, elevation profiles, and terrains ensures a unique experience for each participant.

The shared goal of every route remains the same: to enjoy the versatility and beauty of the Hageland region while cycling. Expect changing landscapes with challenging hills, scenic rides through farmlands and fruit orchards, valleys and plateaus, hollow roads, and open fields—all crowned by breathtaking panoramic views.

Key Notes:

All MTB and Gravel routes are open between 07:00 and 10:00, while the 40 km road route is open until 11:00.
MTB 54 km and all road cycling routes are fully marked. Gravel routes are GPX-only.
Road cycling routes provide a variety of options for different fitness and experience levels.

Concept

To encourage participants to ride multiple tours, Go4Cycling is introducing a regularity challenge in 2025 with an exciting prize pool. The more tours you participate in, the greater your chances of winning fantastic prizes!

How Does It Work?

Points System

Each registration counts as participation and earns 1 point per tour.
The Willy Vannitsen Classic, powered by Naqi, on August 23 earns double points (2 points).
The more tours you register for and complete, the more points you collect.

Minimum Participation

You must participate in at least 3 tours to be eligible for prizes.

Tie-Breaker

In the event of a tie, the date of your first registration will decide the winner: the earliest registrant wins.

To claim your prize, you must be present at the final tour:
