Your day begins in Ghent, where you’ll meet your fellow enthusiasts and prepare for a day filled with race excitement and premium hospitality.
7:15 AM – Departure from Ghent to Bruges:
Travel in style and comfort to Bruges, where the race kicks off. During the ride, our team will share insights about the day’s events and provide background on the race, setting the stage for an unforgettable experience.
08:00 AM – Arrival in Bruges for Exclusive Starting Line Access:
Arriving in Bruges, you’ll have privileged access to the team zone, allowing you to see the riders prepare up close. You’ll be positioned at a prime spot near the podium presentation, where you can soak in the pre-race excitement and energy.
10:30 AM – Following the Race from the Best Viewpoints:
After the race start, we’ll depart Bruges and make multiple stops along the race route for live action and iconic moments. Experience the cobbled climbs and adrenaline of the Ronde up close, all while enjoying an open bar with a selection of water, soft drinks, beer, cava, and coffee. Around midday, a delicious Foodmaker lunchbox will be provided to keep you fueled throughout the adventure.
4:00 PM – Arrival in Oudenaarde for the Thrilling Finish:
As the race nears its conclusion, we’ll arrive in Oudenaarde, where you’ll have access to the public zone near the finish line. Feel the anticipation build as you await the arrival of the men’s race finish around 5:15 PM, followed by the women’s race at 6:00 PM. Witness the victorious riders crossing the finish line in one of cycling’s most prestigious races.
6:30 PM – Return to Ghent:
After a thrilling day, sit back and relax as we return to Ghent. Reflect on the day’s highlights and share memories with your group as we arrive back around 7:30 PM.
