Decathlon Stayen Classic
The ideal Saturday for a cycling fan? Crashing in the morning and seeing if Remco can get his hands on the pink jersey in the afternoon!
On the start day of the Giro we will also kick off our first spirited classic of the season in the morning.
Notable news this year is that we will ride the course in the opposite direction to the 2022 edition.
Aligned with such highlights as our own delightful Haspengouw and absolutely also the valleys of Burdinale, Mehaigne and Samson, this will undoubtedly create a new dynamic!

For cyclists who start the road course from another location than Decathlon Sint-Truiden, it is possible to register at the supply point.
Preregistrations = free gadget (first 50 preregistrations)
FEED ZONES
The 22km and 47km distances have no supplies. For the 87km there is 1 supply and the 107km and 135km have 2 supplies.
For the Gravel/MTB routes we will have 1 supply.
We provide:

- sports drink
- bananas
- oranges
- waffles
- hotel cake
- energy bars
There are sanitary facilities at the supply stations for the road routes.
ACCIDENT OR TECHNICAL PROBLEMS
Accident with bodily injury. In case of an accident involving serious bodily injury, please call the public emergency services by dialing 112.
Tire breakdown. Participants are supposed to bring spare inner tubes and a pump to fix tire breakdowns themselves.
If you cannot continue the tour because of equipment failure, you can call the organization’s helpline (you will receive this info at your registration)

ROUTE
The countdown has begun for the start of the Decathlon Stayen Classic (previous Go4Cycling Classic)!
From the starting point at Decathlon Sint-Truiden (Tiensesteenweg 172) you have the choice between 5 challenging cycling routes (22, 47, 87, 107 and 135km) through Haspengouw or the valleys of Burdinale and Mehaigne.
The GPX route is made available on request and subject to pre-registration.
